老年痴呆住院患者照顾者健康需求调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年痴呆住院患者照顾者的健康需求,并探讨其影响因素。方法对2009年1月—2010年1月住院的老年痴呆患者及其照顾者进行问卷调查,内容包括患者和照顾者的社会人口学资料、患者的日常生活能力和照顾者的健康需求。结果老年痴呆住院患者照顾者健康需求总分(103.3±10.5)分,所需知识与技能维度得分(67.7±1.2)分,社会性支持维度得分(35.6±10.3)分;患者病程长短以及照顾者性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度是照顾者健康需求的独立影响因素。结论老年痴呆患者照顾者健康需求较高,其健康需求受患者病程长短以及照顾者性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度影响。Objective To understand health requirement of caregivers of patients with Alzheimer and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods With convenient sampling, the survey was conducted among patients with Alzheimer and their earegivers from January 2009 to January 2010. Results The total score of health requirement of caregivers, the score of required knowledge and skill and the score of social support were 103.5±10.5, 67.7±1.2, and 35.6±10.3 respectively. Disease course of patient and caregivers＇ age, gender, marital status, educational background were independent influencing factors that affect health requirement of caregivers. Conclusion Caregivers of patients with Alzheimer were with great health requirement, as a result, scientific nursing guidance should be provided for caregivers.
