医护合作应用临床路径对舌癌病人实施健康教育的效果

摘　　要：[目的]探讨医护人员合作应用临床路径对围术期舌癌病人进行健康教育的效果。[方法]将30例舌癌手术病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规方法对病人实施健康教育,观察组则由医护人员合作应用临床路径对病人实施健康教育。[结果]观察组病人健康教育知晓情况及病人满意情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]医护人员合作应用临床路径提高了病人健康教育知晓率及病人满意度。Objective：To probe into effect of applying clinical pathway performed by doctor cooperated with nurse for health education of patients with tongue cancer.Methods：A total of 30 tongue cancer patients were randomly divided into control and test group.Patients of control group accepted health education by conventional method.Patients of test group accepted health education by applying clinical pathway performed by doctor cooperated with nurse.Results：The awareness rate of health education of test group patients was obviously higher than that of control group cases.And the satisfaction degree of patients was enhanced remarkably（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of clinical pathway performed by doctor cooperated with nurse can effectively improve the awareness rate of health education.And it could enhance compliance behavior of patients.
