二季戊四醇反应液中结晶动力学研究

摘　　要：模拟工业实际生产工艺，在反应液中用筛析法对二季戊四醇进行结晶动力学研究，二季戊四醇成核速率为3．32×10^6h-1；晶体生长速率为6．51μm／h；晶核密度为5．10×10^5μm-1。为制备二季戊四醇提供了动力学理论依据。Crystal kinetics have been studyed by sieve separating after synthetic depentaerythritol salution wich was produced in tradional craftwork was condensed, nucleation rate of depentaerythritol is 3.32×10^6h-1, crystal growth rate of depentaerythritol is 6.51 μm/h, density of crystal nucleus of depentaerythritol is 5.10×10^5μm-1. It provides theory of crystal kinetics of depentaerythritol industry produce.
