摘　　要：目前我国中小学校舍中存在很多砌体与混凝土柱混合承重的房屋,对这类房屋的抗震鉴定及加固设计应重视其结构布置的合理性。本文结合工程实例,通过对某中学图书楼的抗震鉴定,阐述了该工程存在的典型问题,并对加固方法进行了分析,确定了合理的加固设计方案,可为其他同类工程提供参考。There are many mixed structure buildings composed of brick masonry and concrete columns in primary school and high school in our country at the present,the str ucture′s reasonable disposal should be paid more attention to in seismic apprai sing and strengthening designing of these buildings.Based on the seismic apprai sal of a library building of a high school,typical problems of this building ar e pointed out,strengthening design methods are discussed,and a reasonable stre ngthening design is made for this building,which can supply references to the s imilar structures.
