摘 要:对支管宽度与主管宽度比β,主管宽度与主管壁厚的比2γ,环口板厚度与主管管壁厚之比τc和环口板宽度与支管宽度之比lw/d1等参数对环口板加固Y型管节点在轴压作用下的极限承载力进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明环口板加固Y型方钢管节点的极限承载力相对于未加固节点得到了很大的改善。为了提高节点的承载能力,建议环口板的厚度不宜超过主管厚度的2.5倍,环口板的宽度不宜超过支管宽度的3倍。To study the static strength of square tubular Y-joints reinforced with collar plate under axial compression,the finite element analysis is conducted.The par ameters include: the brace-to-chord width ratio β,the chord width-to-c hord wall thickness ratio 2γ,collar-plate to chord wall thickness ratio τc,and collar-plate width to brace width ratio lw/d1.It is found that the ultimate bearing capacity of collar plate reinforced Y-joints c omparing with that of the corresponding unreinforced Y-joints has a significant improvement.It can be suggested that the thickness of collar plate should not exceed 2.5 times of the chord thickness,and the width of collar plate also shou ld not exceed 3 times of the brace width for improving the bearing capacity effi ciently.
