摘 要:校安工程是国家实施的一项重要决策,是提高校舍抗震能力和综合防灾能力的重要举措,对保障广大师生安全具有重要意义。本文对其中达不到抗震设防要求的校舍采用隔震技术加固进行了应用研究。通过建立隔震体系的两质点简化模型,系统地研究了在建筑结构顶部加层隔震的减震工作原理,并提出了隔震层参数优化设计方法。并以一栋不能满足抗震要求的教学楼为研究对象,运用建筑结构顶部加层隔震的减震方法加固,发现其减震效果非常明显且达到了抗震设防目标,因此这种隔震方法对学校校舍的改造加固有着重要的应用价值。The school security engineering is an important decision implemented by our coun try,which is an important measure to improve the seismic capacity and comprehen sive disaster prevention capacity,and it has great significance of protecting t he safety of teachers and students.This paper use the isolation technology to s trengthen the schools which could not meet the seismic requirements.Damping wor k principle about adding story isolation on the top of the building is studied s ystematically by establishing the simplified model of two particles of isolated system,and parameter optimization method of isolation layer is proposed.Finall y,adding story isolation technology for reinforcement was used on the top of a teaching building which could not meet the seismic requirements.The results sho wed that the damping effect is very good and reach the seismic requirements.So we can conclude that the isolation method had an important use value for rehabil itation and strengthening of school premises.
