摘　　要：德国通过完善各种法律、法规赋予了经过许可的消费者团体禁令请求权、损害赔偿请求权以及不当利益剥夺请求权等权利。德国完善的立法和诉权体系充分保护了消费者的合法权益,并对我国建立消费者保护制度提供了很好的借鉴。By perfecting consumer＇s code, some rights in Germany are given to the permitted consumer ＂s group, such as the right to claim for prohibition, the right to claim for damages, the right to claim for the deprivation of illegal profit etc. The consumer＇s lawful interests are fully protected by perfect system of legislation and litigious right, which can be used for reference.
