林业院校女硕士研究生就业状况分析

摘　　要：由于林业院校的专业特点和实际,女研究生就业更不容乐观。对2008年至2010年西南林业大学女硕士研究生就业状况进行分析发现,女硕士研究生初次就业率不高,但保持稳中有升。就业单位集中在机关事业单位,就业地区以西部为主,毕业研究生就业流向较为合理。Based on practice situation and characteristics of forestry universities,it can not be optimistic about female post--graduates＇ employment.The 2008--to--2010 employment situation of the female graduates of southwest forestry university was analysised.Female graduate initial employment rate is not high,but keep steadily. Employment units were concentrated in the organs and institutions. The main employment areas were in the western.The flow of graduate student employment was reasonable.
