摘　　要：思想政治教育工作方法的创新是指思想政治教育工作者根据教育对象的特征和思想政治教育工作的环境，目标与内容等要素条件的要求变化，在实践中不断地进行选择、利用和创造适宜于思想政治教育工作的新方法的过程。面对新时期，新形势下我国的高校思想政治教育工作出现的新情况、新问题，开展思想政治教育方法和手段的创新研究，实现高校思想政治教育工作的针对性与有效性迫在眉睫。Innovation of Ideological and political education methods is the process that workers according to changes of Ideological and political education object characteristics,work environment,the goals and contents of elements such as conditions,Select,utilize and create the new methods that suitable for ideological and political education work.Is time to carry out research of the innovation of ideological and political education means and methods for achieving the validity and pertinence of Ideological and political education.
