摘　　要：以LabYIEW软件为平台,完成了攀据罨篝卡的驱动、CCD信号的采集及处理，实现了光谱波长、光强、电参数的测试。Using LabVIEW software deyelopment platform, the software drawing support from this graphical programming tool accomplished each modules of LED parameter testiag designs, such as CCD signal acquisition and signal treatment, the data collect card driver. The instrument system can complete the LED spectrum wavelength, light intensity, light flux, electricity parameter and so on.
