精神分裂症患者血清干扰素-γ白细胞介素-2和白细胞介素-6的水平变化

摘　　要：目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者血清干扰素-γ（INF-γ）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的表达水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对50例首发精神分裂症患者（患者组）血清INF-γ、IL-2和IL-6进行了检测，并以25例健康志愿者做为对照组。结果精神分裂症患者血清INF-γ、IL-2和IL-6水平均显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者存在INF-γ、IL-2和IL-6介导的免疫功能紊乱。Objective To investigate the expression level of interferon - γ （ INF - γ） ,interleukin - 2 （ IL - 2） and interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ） in schizophrenics. Methods The plasma levels of INF-y, IL- 2 and IL- 6 were measured by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）in 50 firstepisode schizophrenics patients （patients group）and 25 healthy volunteers （control group）. Results Comparing with control group, the plasma levels of INF - γ,IL - 2 and IL - 6 in patients group increased significantly, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The patients with schizophrenia have immune dysfunction mediated by INF - γ, IL - 2 and IL - 6.
