摘 要:目的:本研究通过定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清肺炎支原体(MP)抗体,探讨其与年龄变化的关系。方法:选取2008年5月-2009年5月中山大学第五附属医院呼吸科和儿科因急性呼吸道感染就诊的患者2235例。2192例于入院时采集静脉血2ml,运用ELISA法检测肺炎支原体特异性抗体IgM和IgC。结果ELISA检测血清抗体结果显示不同年龄组MP阳性率分别为0—1岁组4.65%(16/344),2—3岁组27.15%(101/372),4—6岁组34.26%(173/505),7—12岁组69.83%(301/431),13—60岁组7.11%(18/253),〉60岁组10.10%(29/287)。在0-12岁年龄段,各年龄组之间MP感染率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。而13—60岁组与60岁以上组,MP感染率差异无统计学意义。13岁以上组MP感染率(8.7%)较0—12岁组(35.8%)明显下降,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:珠海地区MP感染具有明显的流行病学特点,MP感染与年龄有关。2—12岁患儿是易感人群。MP感染率0—12岁者随年龄增长而增加,13岁以上者则下降.表明儿童MP感染率明显高于成人。Objective :To explore the relationship of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) antibodies in the serum with the age changes by quantitative Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (EL1SA). Measurements :2235 patients with acute respiratory infections on admission were select during 2008.5 to 2009.5 in the Department of Respiratory medicine and Pediatrics, the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat - sen University. 2ml venous blood was adopter for 2192 patients at the same day, Mycopiasma - specific IgM and IgG were detected by ELISA for diagnosis of actue infection. Results : ( 1 ) Elisa serum antibodies results show that the MP positive rate among which the numbers 0 - 1 year - old group 4.65% ( 16/344), 2 - 3 - year - old group 27.15% ( 101/372), 4 - 6 - year - old group 34.26% ( 173/505 ), 7 - 12 - year - old group 69.83% (301/431 ), 13 -60 -year -old group 7.11% (18/253), 〉 60 group 10.10% (29/287). In the 0 -12 years old, age differences between MP infection rates are statisticany significance ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). While the 13 - 60 - year - old group and over 60 years group, MP infection rate differences no statistical significance. The MP infection rate of 13 - 60 years old ( 8.7 % ) have a large decreas than 0 - 12 years old (35.8 % ) . Compared with the two groups have a significant statistically ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conelutious :The infection of MP has obvious epidemiological features in Zhuhai. MP infection have a relationship with age. 2 - 12 - year - old children are susceptible. MP infection rate of 0 - 12 years of age and increase, while 13 years old MP infection rate decreased, indicating that MP infection of children was significantly higher than that of adult.
