19例单孔腹腔镜下小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位缝扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的有效性。方法回顾性分析19例腹股沟斜疝患儿行单孔腹腔镜直视下缝合疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料。结果本组19例均成功完成单孔腹腔镜手术,单侧手术时间8～18min,平均12.8min,双侧手术时间14～23min,平均18.5min。术后1～3d(平均2d)出院。术后随访时间为4～10个月,平均7个月,均无复发。结论单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位缝扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝具有创伤小、痛苦少、康复快、无明显手术瘢痕、复发率低等优点,是小儿疝手术的一个发展方向。Objective To explore the efficacy of one port laparoscopic operation high of hernial sac in treatment of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia.Methods Clinical data of the 20 patients underwent laparoscopic high of hernial sac transfixion were analyzed retrospectively.Results Laparoscopic operation was performed successfully on all cases.Unilateral operation time was 8-18 min and the average time was 12.8 min,bilateral operation time was 14-23 min and the average time was 18.5 min.The mean operation time was 15 min.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 1-3 d（the mean of 2 d）.During the follow-up of 4-10 months（the mean of 7 months） and no recurrence.Conclusion One port laparoscopic operation in treatment of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia is a safe and reliable method with minor pain,small incisions and rapid recovery and is a pediatric hern ia surgery development direction.
