摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿股骨干骨折的治疗。方法:对于84例7岁以下的小儿股骨干骨折采用长柳木板反牵引治疗。结果:84例均获随访2～36个月,平均5个月,优良率100%。结论:对7岁以下小儿股骨干骨折采用长柳木板反牵引治疗效果满意。Objective：To explore the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.Methods：84 cases of femoral shaft fractures in children who under 7 years were treated with Changliu Muban anti-traction therapy.Result：84 cases were followed up for 2 to 36 months,average for 5 month,excellent rate was100%.Conclusion：The effect of treating femoral shaft fractures in children who was under 7 years was satisfactory.
