摘　　要：目的:探讨麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂应用于慢性鼻炎的治疗效果及其安全性。方法:收集慢性鼻炎病例180例,随机分组治疗。治疗组90例以麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂治疗。对照组90例以麻黄素滴鼻液治疗。两组资料比较无显著性差异。分别于用药前后,观察患者的症状和体征的变化。结果:麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂对慢性鼻炎的总有效率为90%,对照组的总有效率为60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂对慢性鼻炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the treatment effects and safety of treating chronic rhinitis with Mayi rhinitis spray.Methods： Collecting 180 cases of patients with chronic rhinitis,divide them into groups.90 cases of treatment group were treated with Mayi rhinitis spray,90 cases of control group were treated with ephedrine nasal drops.Comparing the material of two groups,there is no significant difference.Observing the changes of symptoms and signs in patients before and after using medicine.Result：The total effective rate of Mayi rhinitis spray on chronic rhinitis was 90%,that of control group was 60%,the difference had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Mayi rhinitis spray on chronic rhinitis was significant.
