摘　　要：经痛安颗粒可降低大鼠在体子宫正常活动的频率与幅度及对PGF2α所致在体子宫痉挛性收缩[1]有明显的拮抗与阻断作用;能抑制PGF2α及催产素诱发大鼠子宫强烈收缩所致的腹痛症状[1];又能提高正常大鼠子宫组织血流量,并能缓解PGF2α及垂体后叶素对子宫组织之兴奋性收缩同时又可增强其组织的血流量。Jingtong An cranule can reduce the frequency and amplitude of rats vivo uterus normal activities,and had obvious antagonism and blocking effect on spastic contraction of the uterus caused by PGF2α;It can inhibit abdominal pain syndrome caused by strong contraction of rat uterus induced by PGF2α,oxytocin[ 1];And increase uterine blood flow in normal rats,relieve contraction excitability of uterine tissue caused by PGF2αand pituitrin,and also increase tissue blood flow.
