摘　　要：目的:探讨影响炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂质量的因素。方法:采用调整制备工艺和敷料,用经典的药典测定含量的方法控制制剂的含量。结果:找出了影响炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂质量的因素,调整了制备工艺和敷料后制备的制剂混悬效果好,质量有保障。结论:解决了炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂主药溶散不均匀的问题,并且调整后不增加工艺的复杂性,质量稳定,是切实可行的方法。Objective：To discuss on the factors of the quality of calamine menthol lotion.Methods：Applying the adjustment preparation and dressings,with classic pharmacopoeia determination method to control the preparation of the content.Results：When find out the factors of the quality of calamine menthol lotion,adjust preparation and dressings can prepare suspension good effect and assurance quality.Conclusion：Solving the question of calamine menthol main drug scattered and dissolved unevenly,without increasing the complexity of the process,stable quality which was a practical and feasible method.
