血栓通预防恶性肿瘤介入化疗后并发下肢深静脉血栓临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价血塞栓通对预防中晚期恶性肿瘤介入化疗后下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Vein Thrombosis,DVT)的影响。方法:80例行介入化疗患者随机分为两组,试验组采用介入化疗前后同时配合静滴血栓通,对照组单纯介入化疗。两组介入化疗后3个月按照制定的标准比较。结果:介入化疗后3个月两组下肢深静脉血栓形成比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通治疗可预防介入化疗后下肢深静脉血栓形成。Objective：To appraise the effect of Xueshuan Tong prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis after malignant tumor intervene chemotherapy with Xueshuan Tong.Methods：80 cases were divided into two group,test group was gave Xueshuan Tong before and after using interventional chemotherapy,the control group only was used interventional chemotherapy.Comparing the two groups after 3 months according to standards.Results：Comparing the lower limb deep vein thrombosis after interventional chemotherapy for 3 months, the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xueshuan Tong can prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis after malignant tumor intervene chemotherapy with Xueshuan Tong.
