摘 要:腰英台油田电力系统是经过3年产能建设逐步建成的,分段设计分段施工,使得腰英台油田供电线路压降较大,功率因素较低,增加了油田企业支付无功电费的成本,严重时不能及时地保证油田机井的正常用电。腰英台油田电力系统存在的问题是系统功率因数过低引起的,所以确定对腰英台油田电力系统实施无功补偿的技术改造。通过无功补偿技术改造项目的实施,功率因数达到并超过国家规定的0.9以上,大大降低了企业用电成本,提高了腰英台油田电力系统的供电能力,改善电压质量,减少线路的电能损耗,提高电能的利用率,提高电力系统的运行可靠性,保证了腰英台油田正常平稳运行。The electric power system of Yaoyingtai oilfield is the result of three years' gradual capacity construction. It' s staged design and construction enlarged the pressure drop of power supply line, lowered power factor, increased reactive electricity charge, and even could not ensure the normal power supply for production in emergency. Technical transformation of reactive compensation was selected to solve the problem of the system caused by low power factor. The implementation of reactive compensation transfor- mation projects enhanced power factor over the state standard of 0.9, greatly reduced the power costs and power wastage of lines, improved power supply capacity, voltage quality, energy efficiency and system reliability, and thus ensured the smooth production of Yaoyingtai oilfield.
