摘　　要：本文的目的在于探讨0.1%依沙丫啶纱布湿敷治疗静脉输液外渗患者临床效果。选取2010年3月至2011年2月我院急诊科输液外渗患者41例,用0.1%依沙丫啶纱布湿敷治疗。显效38例,有效3例,总有效率100%。得出的结论是用0.1%依沙丫啶湿敷治疗静脉输液外渗疗效显著尤其用于10岁以下的小孩引起的静脉输液外渗的治疗,值得推广。The aim of this article is to discuss the clinical effect of 0.1% Ethacridine gauze hydrolmthic compress on patients who suffer venous infusion exosmosis.41 samples of patients, who suffer infusion exosmosis and are treated with Ethacridine gauze hydropathic Compress, are selected from our emergency department data from March 2010 to February 2011 .The result records excellent effect on 38 samples and effectiveness on 3 samples; total effective rate is 100%.Conclusion is that 0.1% Ethacridine gauze hydropathic compress shows excellent effect on patients who suffer venous infusion exosmosis, especially on patients under the age of 10;the therapy is worth of generalizing.
