摘　　要：目的：比较2005与2010年版《中国药典》肿节风中异秦皮啶含量测定方法的优劣。方法：分别按照2005和2010年版《中国药典》肿节风中异秦皮啶的样品处理方法处理同一批肿节风根、茎、叶样品，制备待测溶液，HPLC方法测定异秦皮啶的含量。结果：分别采用2005与2010年版《中国药典》的测定方法测得肿节风根、茎、叶中异秦皮啶平均含量分别为0.071 %，0.045 1%，0.025 3%和0.047 %，0.015 4%，0.0073%。结论： 2010年版方法测得异秦皮啶的含量显著低于2005年版方法，且灵敏度也显著低于2005版方法，建议对2010年版方法进行修订。Objective：To compare the methods in 2005 and 2010 Year Edition Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China for determination of isofraxidine in Sarcandra glabra. Method： HPLC was used to measure the content of isofraxidine in the same samples of roots, stems and leaves of Sarcandra glabra, after samples preparation according to 2005 and 2010 Year Edition Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China. Result： The average content of isofraxidine determined using the methods of 2005 and 2010 Year Edition Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China in roots, stems and leaves was 0.071 8%, 0.045 1% , 0.025 3% and 0.047 1%, 0.015 4%, 0.007 3% respectively. Conclusion：The content of isofraxidine determined using 2010 Year Edition method was significantly much lower than 2005 Year Edition, and the methods in 2010 Year Edition was suggested to be modified.
