小儿连续性血液净化中动态血监测临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的：观察小儿连续性血液净化中动态血监测对于临床疗效的分析。方法：选取2010年1月—2011年1月我市两所医院使用连续性血液净化治疗的42例重症感染的患儿。应用PHILIPSV6多功能监护仪进行动态监测护理。从患儿的血压、血氧饱和度、氧合指数分别进行动态监测。结果：动态血监测可以观察治疗过程中存在低血压以血氧饱和度及氧合指数的变化。结论：不但能对病情演变进行客观判断,且可以有效的指导血管活性药物剂量及补液量、速度进行调整,并维持内环境的稳态,改善患儿的血流动力学，在临床中值得推广。Objective： To observe the children in continuous blood purification for clinical monitoring of the dynamic blood analysis. METHODS： In January 2010 January 2011 two city hospitals continuous blood purification treatment of 42 cases of severe infections in children. Application PHILIPSV6 dynamic monitoring of multi-function monitor care. From the children＇s blood pressure, oxygen saturation, oxygenation index were dynamically monitored. Results： Dynamic monitoring of blood there can be observed during treatment with oxygen saturation, low blood pressure and oxygenation index. Conclusion： not only an objective to determine the evolution of the disease, and can effectively guide the dose of vasoactive drugs and fluid volume, speed adjust, and maintain the steady-state within the environment, improve children＇s hemodynamics, in clinical worth promoting.
