运动平板对冠心病诊断作用分析

摘　　要：目的：评估运动平板对冠心病诊断价值。方法：选择有症状疑诊冠心病的病例128例，每例患者均间隔2周做运动平板及冠脉CT进行对比分析。结果：运动平板试验对于冠心病的诊断，敏感性为70.8%,特异性为69.5%,准确性为70.1%，且病变范围越大，运动平板试验阳性率越高。结论：运动平板是一项诊断冠心病理想的非创伤性的检查方法。综合其临床表现和高危因素综合诊断可提高确诊率。Objective ： To evaluate the value of exercise treadmill testing in diagnosing coronary heart disease. Methods ： Every patient was examined by Exercise treadmill testing, and Coronary artery CT image within 2 weeks. Results： The susceptibility of flat coronary heart disease test was 70. 8 %, specificity 69. 5 %, accuracy 70, 1%,Conclusion： Treadmill test is an ideal non-tranmatic diagnosis for checking coronary heart disease. Multi-parameters can have preliminary estimation on the disease and a comprehensive analysis can improve the diagnosis rate.
