摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定仙灵乙肝丸中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法：采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱，甲醇—水（75：25）为流动相；流速1.0ml＆#8226;min-1；检测波长270nm。结果：丹参酮ⅡA在0.0279~0.2231ug范围内线性关系良好（r=0.99998），平均回收率为98.44%，RSD=0.98%（n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便，专属性强，结果准确，可用于仙灵乙肝丸的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in The xianlingyigan pill. Method： The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using methanol -water （75：25） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 270nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml min^-1 .Results： The tanshinone Ⅱ A h,aye g good tincar rolatim in the range of 0：0279 - 0.2231ug （ r=-0.99998 ） ,the average recovery was 98.44% and RSD=98% （ n=6 ） . Conolusion： The established method is accuracy ,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of The xianlingyigan pill.
