摘　　要：目的：为心可宁胶囊质量控制提供一种多成分同时在线检测的分析方法。方法：应用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测法（HPLC-PAD）同时测定心可宁胶囊中丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I和丹参酮IIA的含量。结果：丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I和丹参酮IIA分别在219.02-3285.6、35.08-526.2、438.04-6570.1、1 6.68-250.2、10.05-150.8和18.65-279.8 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系，r值分别为0.9999、0.9999、0.9999、0.9998、0.9997和0.9999；平均加样回收率分别为100.1％、100.8％、98.7％、100.5％、100.0％和101.8％，RSD分别为1.5％、0.96％、0.59％、1.2％、1.3％和0.58％。结论：该方法分析时间短、专属性好、准确度高，可用于综合评价心可宁胶囊的质量。Objective： To provide a multi-component analysis method of the on-line detection for the quality control of Xinkening Capsules. Methods： Simultaneous determination of danshensu, protocatechUic aldehyde, salvianolic aicd B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Xinkening Capsule using HPLC-PAD method. Results： They showed a good linear relationship at range of 219.02-3285.6, 35.08-526.2, 438.04-6570.1, 1 6.68-250.2, 10.05-150.8 and 18.65-279.8 ng for danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic aicd B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone II A respectively （1：. 0.9999, 0.9999, 0,9999, 0.9998, 0,9997 and 0.9999）; The average recovery was 100.1%, 100.8%, 98.7%, 100.5%, 100.0% and 101.8%（RSD=1.5%, 0.96%, ＇0.59%, 1.2%, 1.3% and 0.58%） respectively. Conclusions： The method is peculiar with a good reproducibility, which can be used for the qualitative evaluation of Xinkening capsule.
