摘　　要：目的观察他克莫司软膏对银屑病皮损处T细胞的影响。方法采用免疫组化法检测10例寻常性银屑病(斑块型)患者应用0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗前、后的皮损组织及10例正常健康人的皮肤组织中CD3,CD4及CD8T细胞的表达。结果 0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗后,银屑病皮损的表皮层CD3,CD4及CD8T细胞降低不明显,真皮层CD3,CD4及CD8T细胞的表达明显减少。结论他克莫司软膏对银屑病皮损处CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T细胞有显著的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of tacrolimus ointment on T cells of psoriatic lesions, including CD3＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD8＋ T cells. Methods The skin lesions of 10 patients with psoriasis （ in progressive stage ）, who were treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment, were collected. Immunohistoehemistry were used to detect the expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8 in the layers of epidermis and dermis. Meanwhile, those factors were detected in 10 normal skin tissues as control. Results In psoriatic lesions, that were treated with 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment, the expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8 in epidermis revealed insignificantly decreased but in dermis had significantly decreased. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment can effectively inhibit CD3 ＋ T cells, CD4 ＋T cells ,CD8 ＋T cells in psoriatic lesions. Tacrolimus ointment may treat psoriasis by inhibiting T cells in psoriatic lesions.
