上海市嘉定区性病门诊患者402例性伴告知意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市嘉定区性病门诊患者的性伴告知意愿及其影响因素。方法按照知情同意的原则,由经过统一培训的调查员,采用自行设计的调查问卷对上海市嘉定区5家二级医院2010年6月-8月的性病门诊就诊患者在诊疗结束后做拦截问卷。结果本次共调查就诊者433例,回收有效问卷402份,问卷有效率92.84%。因性伴告知而就诊占6.71%;自诉感染源:17.16%商业性伴,24.63%固定性伴或配偶,11.94%临时性伴;性病知识平均得分为(3.57±1.86)分;认为有必要将病情告知性伴的占80.85%,其中98.22%选择自己告知;单因素和多因素分析显示:就诊过程中获得医务人员提供性伴告知服务、性病知识得分高、自报感染源为非商业性伴的就诊者"性伴告知"的意愿较高。结论多数在性病门诊就诊的患者具有性伴告知意愿,医务人员要利用就诊机会,加强性病知识宣教,强调性伴告知的重要性,同时注意保护患者隐私。Objective To survey the partner notification and determinants of STD clinic attendants in Jiading District. Method A questionnaire interview of STD clinic attendants in 5 second-level hospitals of Jiading from June to August in 2010, after diagnosis and treatment, upon informed consent was administered by trained public health workers. Results A total of 433 STD clinic attendants participated in the study. Among them, 402 （92.84%）was qualified questionnaires. 6.71% came to STD clinic owing to partner notification. Self-report resource were： commercial partners （17. 16%）, fixed partners （24. 63%）, and temporary partners （11.94% ）. The mean score of STD related knowledge was （3.57 ± 1.86）. 80.85% thought it was necessary to notify their partners, in which 98.22% wanted to notify their partners by themselves. The analysis showed that attendants who received partner notification service from medical staff, higher STD related knowledge, and infected from commercial partners were more willing to notify their partners. Conclusions Most STD clinic attendants are willing to disclose their infection status to partners. The medical staff should strengthen STD health education, underline the importance of partner notification, and protect clinic attendants＇ privacy.
