盐酸非索非那定片长疗程递减治疗慢性荨麻疹31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价盐酸非索非那定片长疗程递减和每日疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将61例入选患者采用随机数字表法随机分2组,治疗组予非索非那定片口服,第1个月时口服60mg,2～3次/d;第2个月时口服30mg,2次/d;第3个月时口服30mg,1次/d,疗程3个月。对照组予非索非那定片60mg口服,2～3次/d,疗程1个月。两组患者在治疗期间每2周复诊1次,观察疗效和不良反应,且随访1个月。结果治疗组有效率为87.10%,复发率为29.03%,明显优于对照组的63.33%和56.67%,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片长疗程递减治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效优于每日疗法治疗组,且复发率低。Objective To observe the curative effect of fexofenadine hydrochloride for chronic urticaria by long descending course of treatment and daily treatment method. Methods Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group patients were prescribed with fexofenadine hydroehloride orally, 60mg 2 3 times daily for the first month, 30mg twice a day for the second month and 30mgs daily for the third month. The total course for treatment group was 3 months. Corotrol group patients were prescribed with oral fexofenadine hydroehloride 2 - 3 times daily for the course of one month only. These two groups of patients were evaluated every 2 weeks to observe the curative effect or any side effects during the course of treatment, followed by one-month follow-up visit. Results There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between two groups. The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10% and recurrence rate was 29.03%, which was distinctively better than the control group （with the effective rate of 63. 33% and recurrence rate of 56.67% ）. Conclusion The long descending treatment group has better curative effect and lower recurrence rate than the daily treatment group.
