摘 要:在对比各种带有文曲里管的EGR系统优劣性的基础上,提出一种多级可变的文曲里管组作为柴油机的进气系统。在进行柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性试验的基础上,对比了带有串联文曲里管的EGR系统更改为多级并联式文曲里管前后,柴油机工作参数的变化规律。试验结果表明,采用多级可变式文曲里管进气系统后,柴油机动力性变化不大,油耗最大降低幅度为2%,EGR率最大提升幅度约为12.4%,NOx排放有明显的下降,微粒和CO排放整体变化不大,HC排放在怠速工况有一定程度的减少。Based on the compare of different EGR systems with venture tube,a multi-stage variable venture tube group as air intake system of diesel engine is put forward.After the diesel engine power,economy and emission experiments,the author compares the change rule of diesel working parameters between the EGR system with series connection venture tube and parallel multi-variable venture tube.The results show that,using a multi-variable venture tube air intake system in diesel engine,the dynamic change is not big;oil consumption is reduced by 2%,the EGR rise rate is about 12.4% at most;NOx emission has significantly reduction;particles and CO emission overall change is not big;HC emission is reduced to some extent under idle speed condition.
