摘　　要：针对近年来由于铁矿石市场不利因素导致烧结矿质量下降的现状,通过研究原料烧结性能,加强进厂原料验收,合理调整工艺参数,加强烧结过程管理等措施来改善烧结矿的质量。同时对影响烧结过程稳定顺行的关键因素如炉箅条质量进行攻关,从而,使武钢烧结厂2010年转鼓指数达79.61%;碱度稳定率(Ro±0.08)达92.05%,完成了公司制定的攻关目标,满足了高炉生产的要求。In light of the problems of deterioration of the quality of the sintered ore arising from disadvantageous factors in the iron ore market in the recent years a series of counter measures have been taken such as studies on the properties of raw sintering materials,strictly implementation of the acceptance check of the in-coming materials,properly adjustment of processing parameters and strengthening the process management of sintering in order to improve the quality of the sintered ore.In the meanwhile a well organized and coordinated research work for solution of the key factors affecting the smooth operation of sintering such as the quality of the furnace grate has been carried out and as the results the annual index of drum rotation of the Sintering Plant of WISCO reaches 79.61% and the stabilization rate of the alkalinity（Ro±0.08）comes up to 92.05% and therefore the aimed target for the organized and coordinated research work assigned by the Corporation has been well fulfilled and the demand of the BF production satisfied as well.
