掺和料对冶金渣建筑干粉工作性影响的研究

摘  要:冶金渣建筑干粉是一种新型建筑材料,随着我国建筑节能环保的不断深入发展,对建筑材料的功能性要求也越来越高,其在市场上占有量也越来越大,但冶金渣建筑干粉在使用过程中存在工作性较差的问题,以复合矿渣微粉、钢渣砂作为基料,添加矿物掺和料,加水搅拌制成砂浆,并测试其性能。测试结果表明:其工作性和力学性能良好,满足国家建筑干粉标准的要求。Dry powder out of metallurgical slag is one of the new type building materials.With ever increasingly development of energy saving and environmental protection in the building sector in China the demand of functionality for the building materials turns to be higher and higher and their market share becomes greater and greater with each and every day.However the dry powder out of the metallurgical slag is worse of working performance in use.Mortar which is prepared using composite ore slag powder and steel slag sand as the base material mixed with mineral admixture and water is checked of its working performance.Results demonstrate that both working performance and mechanics properties of the product are perfect and in conformity with the national standards of dry building powder.
