摘　　要：介绍了武钢炼钢总厂三炼钢分厂转炉托圈裂纹焊接修复的过程。通过分析StE355钢的焊接性,采用有效的工艺措施,根据等强原则,选择合理的焊条OK48.04,得到了比较满意的焊接修复效果。为焊接修复类似大型件的裂纹提供了实践经验。The present paper introduces the process for repairing crack of converter supporting ring of No.3 Steel-making Plant of WISCO.Perfect result has been gained by using effective technology through analysing the weldability of StE355 steel and by choosing reasonable electrode OK48.04 according to the principle of equal strength.It offers practical experience to welding repair on the similar cracks of the components.
