摘　　要：信息的贫困是欠发达地区经济发展的主要因素之一。通过对湘鄂渝黔四省(市)边区农村信息化的需求调研,分析欠发达地区农村信息化建设存在的主要问题和个性化信息需求方式,提出具有针对性和可推广性的用户个性化信息服务模式,进而促进欠发达地区农村经济发展和农民增收。Lacking information is one of the main factors of slow economic growth in underdeveloped areas.This paper carried out a research on the demand of information in rural areas in Hunan,Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou provinces.It also analyzed the main problems of constructing rural information system in the underdeveloped regions and personal demand of information,putting forward a personalized model of information and service that will be pertinent and easy to spread in order to promote the development of rural economy and the farmers’income.
