北京就业弹性系数的分析与启示

摘　　要：北京就业弹性系数以2000年为界,之前不断下降,之后大幅上升;论文认为国有单位和集体单位的改革是引起就业弹性系数下降的主要因素,由此,进一步提出了北京经济和社会政策的调整重点和方向。Coefficient of obtain employment flexibility were declining before 2000,It was rising sharply after 2000.This paper pointed out that the reform of state-owned collective units is the reason for the decrease of employment elasting coefficient.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper further puts forward the direction and focus of Beijing economy and social policy adjustment.
