摘　　要：目的探讨不缝合腹膜对预防阑尾炎术后切口感染的影响。方法 2008-01~2010-12间,收治82例急性单纯性或化脓性、坏疽性、穿孔性阑尾炎,进行不缝合腹膜阑尾切除术,以及预防术后切口感染。结果本组82例采用不缝合腹膜的方法,有1例切口感染,81例切口甲级愈合,甲级愈合率达98.7%。结论不缝合腹膜对预防阑尾炎术后切口感染,是一种行之有效的方法。Objective To discuss the curative effect of without-peritoneal-suture on the prevention of incision infection after appendectomy.Methods 82 cases,including acute simple or suppurative、gangrenous and perforated appendicitis,were used without-peritoneal-suture to prevent infection of incision after appendectomy from January 2008 to december 2010.Results 1 patients with incisional infection and 81 cases with incision healing,the healing rate is 98.7%.Conclusion The method of without-peritoneal-suture to prevent infection of incision after appendectomy is effective.
