摘　　要：民间文艺知识是传统知识的重要组成部分,土家族有着丰富的民间文艺知识,这些知识是构成民族乡土文化资源的宝贵财富。开发和利用土家族的民间文艺知识,对提高民族的文化自觉意识,保护民族民间非物质文化遗产具有重要的现实意义。从土家族民间文艺知识的文化创新与利用、乡土教育中的开发与利用、产业化开发与经济利用等三个方面进行论述;同时,就民间文艺知识开发和利用过程中,存在的一些对文化资源的误用、盗用和滥用等不良现象进行反思。开发和利用土家族的民间文艺知识,必须要重视知识的"本真性",只有回归了知识的"本真性",激活了"民间"这块有机的土壤,提高了民族的文化自觉意识,土家族民间文艺的开发和利用才能可持续,才会焕发出勃勃生机。Knowledge of folk literature and art is an important part of traditional knowledge,the Tujia nationality had the wealth of knowledge of folk literature and art,and it constitutes a valuable asset of national local culture resources.Exploiting and utilizing the knowledge of folk literature and art of the Tujia nationality has important practical significance of improving the cultural self-knowledge and protection of national folk intangible cultural heritage.This paper discussed from three aspects of cultural innovation and utilization,exploitation and utilization in local education,exploitation of industrial and economic utilization of the knowledge of folk literature and art of the Tujia nationality;Meanwhile,reflecting some of the cultural resources misuse,misappropriation and misuse and other undesirable phenomena in the utilizing and exploiting process of knowledge of folk literature and art.The article points out that in the exploitation and utilization of folk literature and art,we must pay attention to the knowledge of ＂authenticity＂,only by returning to the knowledge of ＂authenticity＂,activating the ＂folk＂ piece of organic soil and improving the cultural self-knowledge consciousness,the Tujia nationality folk literature and art can sustain exploitation and utilization,and will glow exuberant vitality.
