摘　　要：目的探讨运用护理应急预案应对突发事件群体伤员救治中的作用和效果。方法成立急救与管理小组,制定护理应急预案。各急救小组在应急指挥组的领导与组织下,依据制定的应急预案流程高效地开展伤员救治工作,同时质量监管组实时进行质量监督与管理,确保救治工作顺利进行。结果应用护理应急预案后,医护配合默契,伤员首诊正确,救治成功率提高。结论预案的建立和实施使成批伤病员得到及时有效的抢救和护理,使抢救工作组织有序,提高了抢救成功率。Objective To discuss the effect of the emergency response project on coping with group injured patients. Methods According to the emergency response project, every first - aid group enforced the remedy job under the leadership and organization of the command group, and at the same time, the quality control group supervised and administrated the quality promptly, in order to ensure the remedy job successfully. Results After applying the emergency response project,the doctors and the nurses cooperated concordantly, and the injured were correctly diagnosed, and the successful ratio of rescue was increased. Conclusion Practicing the emergency response project can guarantee group injured patients to get timely and effective emergent treatment and nursing, and make the rescue work in order, and elevate the successful ratio of rescue.
