摘　　要：The notions of the nilpotent and the strong-nilpotent Leibniz 3-algebras are defined. And the three dimensional two-step nilpotent, strong-nilpotent Leibniz 3-algebras are classified.The notions of the nilpotent and the strong-nilpotent Leibniz 3-algebras are defined.
