摘　　要：为了提高堆高机门架油管及滑轮组使用寿命,分析了其故障现象,找出了故障原因。分别就油管选型不合适,油管滑轮组轴承型号选择有误,油管安装时未释放扭曲应力三个问题提出了处理方法。降低了成本,提高了生产效率。In order to prolong the sercice life of the oil pipe of the mast and pulley block of the stacker, the trouble phenomenan has bee analyzed and the reasons have been found out. It puts forward 3 methods respectively for dealing with the problems such as oil pipe＇s type being unsuitable, the bearing type of the pulley block being wrongly chosen, the torsion not being released as the oil pipe being installed. The cost has been reduced and productive effeicency have been raised after reform.
