摘  要:热轧含Nb低合金Q345C钢在热送工艺中受到应力作用产生表面缺陷,轧制的钢卷中部出现线状和疤状缺陷,分析发现缺陷卷的入炉温度集中在600℃以上。裂纹产生的主要原因是连铸坯热装加热过程中受到热应力和相变应力的综合作用,当铸坯的抗拉强度和塑性不足以抵抗拉应力时,其表面就会开裂。利用计算机模拟与现场实验相结合的方法研究连铸坯在热装热送过程中的应力分布,用有限元软件模拟连铸坯直装过程温度场,用热模拟实验确定Q345C钢的热塑性与高温强度。In the hot rolling process of low alloy Nb-steel Q345C,surface defects were usually found in the middle part of strip coil in forms of linear and scar defects.Practice indicated that the defects were mainly formed in hot charging temperature over 600℃ in the CC-DHCR process.The crack was mainly caused due to the combined effects of heating stress and transformation stress during heating.When the stretching stress of billet surface was over the strength limit the crack can be formed.By using computer simulation and site experiment,the stress distribution in the CC-DHCR process was studied,the temperature field of hot-charged billet were analyzed with finite element simulation software,and the thermoplasticity and high temperature strength of Q345C steel were obtained.
