摘  要:介绍了NJ2型机车一系轴箱导框式定位结构。该结构在导框横向自由间隙内,轮对的横向定位刚度仅仅由一系弹簧提供,由于一系弹簧横向刚度过小,不能有效抑制轮对的横向振动,从而导致轮对横向振动极限环振幅过大,使转向架其他零部件振动加剧,产生松动或过早疲劳损坏。通过在转向架构架和端轴电机之间加一个横向约束,提高了轮对的横向等效定位刚度,有效抑制了轮对的横向振动,使机车在正常运行速度范围内横向稳定性得到很好改善。The primary closed guide type location for NJ2 locomotive was discussed. The lateral location stiffness is provided only by primary spring. Because the lateral stiffness of the primary spring is too small to inhibit the lateral vibration of the wheelset, resulting in too large amptitude of the wheelset lateral vibration limit cycle, increasing vibration of other parts of the bogie and so on. By adding a lateral constraint between bogie frame and traction motor on outer axle, the wheelset equevalent lateral positioning stiffness was improved, and so thewheelset lateral vibration was inhibited successfully.
