摘　　要：对江西省22所本科院校文检课的开课情况和师资队伍建设进行了调查分析,结果表明,由于相关部门、领导不重视,文检课逐渐被弱化并有被取消的趋势;教师的学历结构、职称结构较好,但教学模式和教学方法创新不够,缺乏考核、激励机制等。Literature retrieval course offered and its teachers in 22 colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province were investigated ,which showed that the literature retrieval course was reduced and even cancelled as its importance was not concerned by the related departments and their leaders, and the educational background and professional titles of its teachers were rather rational, but its teaching mode and methods lacked innovation, check and incentive mechanisms.
