摘　　要：高校二级党组织作为高校院系日常工作的政治核心,在学校改革和发展中起着承上启下的作用。高校二级党组织必须充分发挥政治核心作用,才能为更好地实现高校发展目标提供强大的凝聚力、创新力以及战斗力。本文在分析政治核心作用基本内涵的基础上,重点对高校二级党组织发挥政治核心作用的途径做了尝试性探讨。As a political core of the daily work in university,the second party organization plays a role in linking in school reform and development.The second party organization in university must play political core role,in order to provide a strong cohesion,innovation,and combat effectiveness to better achieve the goal of the development of universities.This paper analyzes the political core,based on the basic content,do a trial study on the ways for the second party organization in colleges and universities play a central role in politics.
