摘  要:《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业(试行)》的制定为医学生职业辅导从就业指导向生涯辅导的转向提供了规范和平台。要求高等医科院校职业指导理念实现教育人本化、规划终身化、辅导专业化的转向,从职业能力培养调整到关注人自身,从职业选择的阶段性转变为注重终身学习,从职业信息供给调整到注重整合,提供完备的生涯辅导,从而将职业辅导指向人的发展与完善,促进人的可持续发展。The establishment of The Education Standards of Medical Undergraduates-The Major of Clinical Medicine(a trial implementation) provides the standardization and platform for medical undergraduates with the change from the employment guidance to vocational guidance.It requires the higher medical college to transfer to a vocational ideology with education humanization,life-long planning and professional guidance;to adjust the focus from vocational ability training to humanization cultivation;to transfer the attention from the stage of career choice to life-long learning;to change gradually from the supply to integration of employment information;then to provide a complete set of vocational guidance which aiming at the development and perfection of humanity and the sustainable development of students.
