摘 要:利用差热热重分析仪研究了废旧乱线(PE线)外皮热解特性,通过热重和热重微分曲线得出动力学3参数,同时应用独立建设的中试设备进行了PE线的热解试验.试验结果表明:PE线热解温度区间较长,为267~580℃,活化能和指前因子分别为259.19kJ/mol和3.79×1017 min-1,反应级数为1;热解产物既有烃类大分子有机化合物,也有烃类小分子有机化合物,同时还含有有机氯化物;热解终温设定为600℃时,可实现完全热解.Pyrolysis characteristics of waste-messy wires (polyethylene) were analyzed by thermo- gravimetric balance, and three dynamics parameters were obtained through the curve of thermo-gravi- metric analysis and derivative thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA and DTG). The pyrolysis experi- ments were carried out by the pilot-plant in the production process. The results show that the range of pyrolysis temperature is relatively large, from 267℃ to 580 ~C ~ activation energy and pre-exponential factor are 259.19 kJ/mol and 3.79 × 10^17min-1, respectively, and the reaction order is 1; in the prod- uct through heat treatment, there are organic compounds of hydrocarbons macromolecules, organic compounds of hydrocarbon small molecules and chloridel complete and desired effect of pyrolysis can be achieved when the final pyrolysis temperature is set to 600℃.
