摘　　要：十字头在泥浆泵中起到联接和传动的作用,对于整个泥浆泵的结构和性能有着十分重要的影响。文中对零件进行工艺分析,制定其加工工艺规程,并进行相关加工的夹具设计,以确保其尺寸精度及技术要求。Crosshead plays the role of connection and transmission in mud pump,and has very importance influence on its structure and properties.In this paper,process analysis of parts is carried out,and process planning is developed,and boring fixture related is designed in order to ensure the accuracy of its size and technical requirements.
