摘 要:通过对基于多孔毛管的温室热风采暖试验系统增温过程的研究,验证了该系统的实际增温效果.以多孔毛管进口温度、进口压力、出风孔径等试验因素,对多孔毛管进行保温围护,测量围护空间内温升数据,对不同试验因素条件下的热风增温过程进行试验分析.采用多项式回归方法对试验数据进行分析和计算,得出了围护空间内温升与毛管进口温度以及进口压力之间的数学关系.试验结果表明:不同毛管进口温度以及进口压力条件下,该热风增温系统可以使围护空间内温度升高4~9℃,且温升大小与多孔毛管进口温度和进口压力之间均为正相关关系,相对于进口温度,多孔毛管进口压力为围护空间内温升大小的主要影响因素.利用由多项式回归方法分析和计算得出的数学关系设定毛管进口温度和进口压力的大小,多孔毛管温室热风采暖系统可以满足温室冬季生产的实际增温需求.In order to verify the function of greenhouse hot blast heating test-system based on porous pipes,the heating process was studied with inlet temperature,inlet pressure and outlet diameter of porous pipes as testing factors.Through thermal insulating porous pipes,measuring the temperature rise in thermal insulated room,the hot blast heating process was tested and analyzed under different testing factors.Measured data was polynomial regressed so as to obtain the mathematic relation between the temperature rise in thermal insulated room and inlet temperature,inlet pressure of porous pipes.The test results indicate that the temperature in thermal insulated room rises about 4 degrees Celsius to 9 degrees Celsius,the relations between temperature rise and inlet temperature,inlet pressure of porous pipes are positive correlation,and the main influencing factor of the temperature rise is inlet pressure rather than inlet temperature.Under the set influencing factors according to mathematic relations determined by testing and analysis,the system is applicable for heating greenhouse in winter.
