摘  要:目的了解硬膜外腔药物注射对SD大鼠股骨头的形态学影响。方法雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为6组,每组12只。组1注射利多卡因、维生素B1、维生素B12、生理盐水;组2注射醋酸曲安奈德、利多卡因、维生素B1、维生素B12、生理盐水;组3注射醋酸曲安奈德、利多卡因、维生素B1、生理盐水;组4注射醋酸曲安奈德、利多卡因、维生素B12、生理盐水;组5注射醋酸曲安奈德、利多卡因、生理盐水。组6为空白组。硬膜外腔注药,每周1次,连续注射3周,第4周随机抽取4只大鼠处死,取股骨头行H-E染色,显微镜下观察。结果第2、3、4、5组大鼠股骨头均存在较多脂肪细胞及骨小梁变少变细,其中组2变化最明显。第1、6组变化不明显。结论硬膜外腔注射醋酸曲安奈德会引起雄性SD大鼠股骨头坏死,临床上硬膜外腔注射维生素B1、B12是否安全值得商榷。Objective To study the effects of epidural drug injection on the morphology of femoral head in SD rats.Methods A total of 72 male SD rats were randomly devided into 6 groups,and each group has 12 rats.The rats in the 1st group received lidocaine,vitamin B1(VitB1),vitamin B12(VitB12)and normal saline(NS);2nd group received triamcinolone acetonide acetate(TA),lidocaine,VitB1,VitB12 and NS;3rd group received TA,lidocaine,VitB1 and NS;4th group received TA,lidocaine,VitB12 and NS;5th group received TA,lidocaine and NS;6th group was blank group.The rats in the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th group received drug by epidural injection every week for three weeks,and 4 rats selected randomly from every group were killed in the fourth week.Observing all the femoral head by microscope after they were removed and HE stained.Results There were much fat cells in femoral head of rats in group 2,3,4,5:肾上腺皮质束状带层,and the trabeculae of femoral head were few and fine,and Group 2 has the most obvious change.Group 1 and 6 didn't change significantly.Conclusion The femoral head of male SD rats will necrosis after epidural TA injection,and if it is safe that epidural VitB1 or VitB12 injection to human is worthy of discussion.
