腹透患者运动功能与中医证候相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹透患者中医证型与运动功能之间的关系。方法:采取横断面研究,参考中华中医药学会肾病分会2006年《慢性肾衰竭的诊断、辨证分析及疗效评定》标准制定"维持性腹膜透析患者中医证型分布临床症状调查表",对110例慢性腹膜透析患者进行中医辨证分型,并检测患者握力、坐位体前屈、反应时3个运动功能指标,通过方差分析进行比较。结果:本虚证中,阴阳两虚各运动功能指标均差于其他组(P<0.05);肝肾阴虚证组坐位体前屈得分差于脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚、气阴两虚证组(P<0.05);脾肾阳虚证握力得分差于气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚组(P<0.05)。标实证中,血瘀证反应时差于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:患者运动功能在中医本虚证与标实证当中差异有统计学意义,可以作为腹透患者改善运动功能中医辨证治疗的参考。Objective：To analyze the possible relationship between traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes and motor function in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods：In this Cross-Sectional Studies,we enrolled 110 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients,and differentiating Zheng of them by a questionnaire based on the criterion made by the Nephropathy Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2006.Then the Analysis of Variance was used to compare the differences of the motor function indexes： grip strength,sit-and-reach and the reaction time.Results：In the asthenia syndromes,the scores of sit-and-reach in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency was significantly lower than that in the spleen and kidney Qi deficiency,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,both Qi and Yin deficiency（P0.05）.The scores of all the moto function indexes in patients with both Yin and Yang deficiency was significantly lower than the other asthenia syndromes（P0.05）.The scores of grip strength in patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency was significantly lower than that in the liver and kidney Yin deficiency,both Qi and Yin deficiency（P0.05）.The scores of reaction time in patients with blood stasis syndrome was significantly lower than that in other excess syndromes（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is significantly different in the motor function of patients according to the asthenia syndromes and excess syndromes,which may provide us with reference in clinical practice.
