摘 要:以石墨和纳米炭黑为主要原料研制了一种滑板涂料,将其涂刷于铝锆碳滑板试块表面,自然干燥24 h后,分别在6007、00、800、9001、0001、100、1 200和1 300℃空气气氛中加热2 h,然后测量试块的质量损失率,并与涂刷日本涂料的试块和空白试块进行了对比,以研究该涂料对铝锆碳滑板的防氧化性能,还用扫描电子显微镜对1 300℃氧化后试块表面进行了显微结构分析。结果表明:研制涂料能在滑板表面形成一层保护膜,提高滑板的高温抗氧化性能;所添加的纳米炭黑等碳材料与滑板中的残余Si发生反应,可改善滑板的显微结构。The coating for slide plate was prepared using nano-carbon black and flake graphite as starting materials.The mass loss rates of slide plate were calculated after brushing coating on the surface of slide plate specimen,naturally drying for 24 h,and heating at 600,700,800,900,1 000,1 100,1 200 and 1 300 ℃ for 2 h in air,respectively.And the oxidation resistance of the coating for Al2O3-ZrO2-C slide plate was investigated by comparing the specimen with developed coating to specimen with Japanese coating and blank specimen.The microstructure of the surface of slide plate oxidized at 1 300 ℃ was studied using SEM.The results indicate that the developed coating can form a dense protective layer on the surface of slide plate,improving the high temperature oxidation resistance;the nano-carbon black in coating reacts with the residual silicon in the slide plate,improving the microstructure of the Al2O3-ZrO2-C slide plate.
